New York based FX trade execution and liquidity aggregation company Edgewater Markets has announced the appointment of two seasoned professionals to its UK team. Raja Thakur joins as the Director of Institutional Sales, while Ben Rogan assumes the role of Executive Director and Head of Compliance for Edgewater London, the FCA-regulated entity.
Raja Thakur brings nearly two decades of experience in multiple products and asset classes to Edgewater. Having held prominent positions in institutional sales with ED&F Man Capital Markets and several other globally recognized firms, the company said that Raja is poised to contribute to Edgewater’s pioneering of emerging markets, and supporting clients and their custom-built work flow solutions. Most recently, Raja Thakur was Institutional Sales Manager for ThinkMarkets unit Liquidity.net.
