Saint John stands as a role model for many, particularly for women of color aspiring to break barriers in business and is now poised to build an empire of her own after decades of building other people’s companies.
Over the past few years, Saint John has launched two ventures of her own: The Badass Workshop, an online course developed by Saint John to give women the ultimate toolkit to ignite change, rediscover their power, and elevate every corner of life and Eve By Boz, a revolutionary new brand positioned to disrupt the Black beauty industry with a stunning line of wigs, extensions, and accessories. She has also joined the cast of the 14th season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
Originally designed as an online-only course, Saint John just announced that “The Badass Workshop” will be going on a multi-city tour. Saint John hosted two IRL events over the past year in Ghana and Beverly Hills that completely sold out. “I have successfully held online sessions for the past 4 years, and last December, I held the very first in-person event in Accra, Ghana. The workshop was sold out in a matter of 3 days! So when I began filming RHOBH, I decided to hold another live event in Beverly Hills and that one sold out in a week! It feels to me like there’s an appetite for the people who are looking for these lessons to congregate in person, feel the energy in the room, and interact as an audience. Plus, I love interacting with the audience too!” said Saint John. She continued, “I have many lessons that cover everything from how to negotiate for more money, to how to live an urgent life, and even how to utilize your mind/body/soul in a coordinated effort to get your best self! I’ve structured hour-long lesson plans that concentrate on subject matter that I feel can be learned from my lived experiences; so that it’s relatable to the audience. I give practical advice which works because I’ve already tested it, and have been successful using it.”
The workshop was recently featured on an episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and the tour will make stops in Atlanta, London, Toronto, Lagos and New York with each city having its own curated theme. “Through expanding my platform on RHOBH I hope that the more people I am able to engage with through the screen, the more who will want to learn about how I got to the top and if they want to learn more they can do so through the workshop,” shared Saint John on her workshop being featured on RHOBH. “I absolutely love the people who join the workshop; I love their enthusiasm, their eagerness and their generosity in sharing what they’ve learned with others. It’s remarkable! It’s a committed group who see the value in the community of badasses! I want them to be informed with the knowledge that others have been gatekeeping. So, therefore, they’ll feel confident going out into their workspaces, businesses, and organizations knowing that they have the keys to make them more successful.”
